An agreed scope, a written price, a working system.
We scope the build in writing — what it does, what it doesn't, what 'done' means — and quote a fixed price against that scope before work begins. No open-ended billing. Changes to scope are re-quoted, not absorbed into surprise invoices.
Best for: A defined automation, application, or integration you want built properly once.
Scope a BuildOngoing Engineering
A standing engineering capacity, without the hiring.
A monthly arrangement for teams whose automation/AI needs are continuous — new workflows, maintenance, iteration on what's live. Scales up or down; cancel with notice. You still own everything we build, always.
Best for: Teams past their first build, where the next ten automations are already visible.

How much does AI automation cost?
Honestly: it depends on scope, and any agency quoting a number before understanding your systems is guessing. What we can tell you: our contact form uses budget bands from under $5k to $50k+, and real projects land across that whole range depending on how many systems are involved, the state of your data, and how failure-tolerant the workflow is. A scoped, written quote costs you nothing — that's what the brief is for.

Who owns the code and systems you build?
You do, on final payment — source code, workflow configurations, documentation. Ownership transfer is the core of how we work, not an add-on clause.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes — we work globally and communicate over email, WhatsApp, and video calls across timezones.
