Decision Hub
Buying decisions, not entity pages
Nobody wakes up wanting "AI automation." They wake up asking a specific question: should I automate this, build or buy, which model, which platform. These are those questions, answered honestly with real factors — not a page that concludes you should hire us no matter what you asked.
Should I automate invoice processing?
Yes, if the volume and format are consistent enough to justify it — this is one of the clearest, most reliably positive automation cases we see, and one of the easiest to get wrong by skipping the monitoring layer.
Should I build custom software or buy SaaS?
Default to SaaS. Build custom only when your process is a genuine point of differentiation, or gluing together SaaS tools has become more expensive than building the real thing.
Should I use OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini?
Task-dependent, and worth architecting so you can swap later rather than betting permanently on one — the 'best' model six months from now may not be today's.
Should I migrate off WordPress?
Only if you've hit a real, specific limit — plugin conflicts you can't resolve, performance you can't fix, or a content architecture WordPress genuinely can't express. Not because custom code sounds more impressive.
Should I build a custom ERP/CRM or buy an established platform?
Buy an established platform for the large majority of cases — ERP/CRM is a mature software category with real depth behind the established options. Build custom only when your operational process is genuinely non-standard.
Should I rebuild my website?
If the current site can't rank, load fast, or convert, yes — but scope it as an engineering project with real information architecture, not a re-skin.
Should I hire an agency or build an in-house team?
Use an agency/studio to start faster and prove the value; hire in-house once the need is clearly ongoing and growing, not before.
Should I automate customer support?
Yes for the repetitive share of your volume — status checks, FAQs, routine requests — with an explicit, tested escalation path for anything it can't confidently handle.
Should I use RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)?
Yes, if the problem is genuinely 'answer questions from our own current documents' — RAG is almost always the right starting point for that specific problem, not a general-purpose AI upgrade.
Should I migrate cloud providers?
Only for a specific, named reason — cost, a genuine capability gap, or an ecosystem shift (e.g. going all-in on Google's AI tooling) — never a general 'the grass is greener' move.
Should I invest in SEO or paid ads first?
Paid ads if you need leads this month and can afford to pay for every one of them. SEO if you can wait 3-6+ months to build a channel that keeps producing leads without paying per click indefinitely.
Should I get a security audit before launch?
Yes if you'll handle real customer data, payments, or anything a breach would make expensive to explain. A pre-launch review is cheaper than a post-breach one, structurally and reputationally.
Should I redesign the UI before or after adding new features?
Redesign first if the current UI can't cleanly express the new features without becoming worse for existing users. Otherwise, add the features and let the redesign follow real usage patterns instead of guessing at them upfront.
