Webhook
A way for one system to automatically notify another system the moment something happens.
Instead of one system repeatedly checking (polling) whether something changed, a webhook lets it register a URL that the other system calls automatically when a relevant event occurs — e.g. a new form submission triggering an automation instantly rather than on a delay.
