Do you use AI tools to write the code, and does that affect quality?
Yes, for the parts where it genuinely speeds things up — boilerplate, tests, routine CRUD. Architecture decisions, security review, and anything with real failure consequences still get engineered judgment, not autocompleted. AI-assisted doesn't mean AI-unsupervised.
