MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
The smallest real version of a product that lets you validate whether it actually solves the problem, before investing in the full build.
An MVP isn't a lower-quality product — it's a deliberately scoped-down one, built to answer a specific open question (does this solve the real problem, will people use it) before committing to the full feature set. The discipline is in choosing what to leave out without leaving out anything needed to actually answer that question.
