1. Roll out to a small group first
Catch issues with a limited blast radius before a full rollout.
2. Set the fallback path explicitly
Make sure users know what to do when the automation doesn't handle something — don't let it become a silent dead end.

Adoption fails as often from unclear expectations as from technical issues.
