LLM (Large Language Model)

A machine learning model trained on large amounts of text to predict and generate language.

LLMs (like GPT and Claude) are the underlying models behind most modern AI products. They're trained on large text datasets to predict likely next words, which — at sufficient scale — produces models capable of following instructions, reasoning through problems, writing code, and holding conversations.
